This is the humble site of one Ojibwe guy who has been around quite a while and has some things to share. I don’t really want to share on social media like meta or any of the others so I got a domain. I will gradually decorate it with my minor contributions.

I have lived all of my life in current-day Wisconsin but not on a reservation. I am an enrolled member of the Mashkiiziibii (Bad River) Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, or Ojibwe. I do not speak for my Tribe, or for any individuals in it. This site will sometimes include information of my direct experiences but it will not focus on me.

There is no official connection of this site to any nation/tribe in Wisconsin or elsewhere. There is no funding for this page and there will be no commercials or advertising. Things posted will also be the creations of others and I will credit them when I know the source.

I have sometimes been involved in and witnessed struggles of our indigenous people, Ojibwe and others. I have also collected materials related to these continuing efforts and struggles. It is my hope that these things I share will be of interest to some and possibly be of some use in increasing understanding.

Anything stated here is my own opinion unless attributed to others.
